A while back I was hanging out with a body builder friend of mine. For some weird reason he was drinking lemon water. When I asked him why he said “Dude, don’t question me. It’s good for you so just drink it”.

When I got home the first thing I did was find some lemons and drank some lemon water. Since then I drink lemon water daily.

Why?
